What it does

• Start from one web address: it looks around your site and proposes what to watch
• Check web pages and look for expected text on them
• Watch back-office jobs through heartbeat check-ins
• Run checks from a private runner on your own network for internal sites
• Alert you by email, a signed webhook or Slack when an incident opens
• Run an alert drill to find out whether a message really reaches a person
• Keep monitors as a reviewed definitions file you can export and re-import
• Move your monitors in from UptimeRobot after a preview

What it promises

• STATE-001One failed check shows a monitor as Degraded, not as an alert. It is called Failing only after confirmation, and Healthy returns only after fresh passing checks.
• EVIDENCE-001Every scheduled check and every retry is kept with its time, result and error type, and retries never erase an earlier failure.
• NOTIFY-001Only confirmed incident changes send automatic alerts, and a test send never changes a monitor's status.
• DELIVERY-001Each alert gets one automatic send per destination; if the outcome is unclear it is not sent again, and 'accepted' is never reported as 'read'.
• DRILL-001An alert drill sends a clearly marked test with a one-time confirmation link; a confirmation is the recipient's own report and is never treated as proof of monitoring.
• IMPORT-001Imported monitor files and UptimeRobot exports are previewed first, apply as one change, arrive paused, and can be undone without deleting history.
• NETWORK-001Checks refuse unsafe or private addresses and web redirects that downgrade from HTTPS.
• ERASURE-001An owner can erase a monitor with its evidence, a destination, or an operator, and gets a receipt of what was removed.
• BOUNDARY-001Texting, on-call paging, Teams, Discord and public status pages are outside Uptime.
