Two-option proposals that clients accept online.

Platter is for a small Australian agency or studio that sends proposals and quotes. You prepare two priced options, approve the exact offer, and a client accepts one after verifying their email. You keep the agreement and a once-only deposit invoice file.

What it does

  • Keep a list of clients
  • Prepare a proposal with scope, two priced options and a deposit percentage
  • Approve the exact version, then send the client a private link
  • Let the client verify by email code, choose an option and accept with their name
  • Export the deposit invoice once as a CSV in Xero's sales-invoice format
  • Replace a lost or expired client link without changing the offer
  • Let an agent prepare drafts while only the owner approves and sends
  • Back up, restore and erase unused clients

What it promises

  • Only the owner approves a proposal or sends it, and any edit clears the earlier approval.
  • Once sent, an offer is frozen; a replacement link can be issued without changing it.
  • A client can accept only with a verified email, a typed name, one offered option and their consent.
  • The agreed scope, prices and deposit are kept exactly as approved, with the deposit worked out in whole cents.
  • An accepted agreement and its deposit CSV cannot be changed, and repeated exports return the same invoice.
  • Agent keys expire and can be revoked; they can read and prepare drafts but never approve, send, export or erase.
  • Client import shows a preview first, keeps the originals and a journal, and refuses undo if clients changed or have proposals.
  • Offers are GST-free AUD; Platter does not collect payments or calculate GST.
