What it does

• Build forms with thirteen question types, including rating, NPS, choice, date and consent
• Branch to a different follow-up question depending on the answer
• Preview safely, then publish a form with a shareable link or an embed
• Invite contacts by email, send reminders and honour opt-outs
• Collect anonymous responses that carry no contact link or IP address

What it promises

• RESP-006Anonymous responses store no contact, name, email taken from an invitation or session, or raw IP address.
• RESP-007A finished response and its answers are saved together before any follow-on email or task is triggered.
• RESP-015Spam defences run on your own installation, with no third-party challenge or tracking script on public forms.
• ANLY-004Anything shown in quotation marks is an exact excerpt of a real answer; summaries are labelled as analysis.
• ANLY-005Small groups below a set size never show raw answers or identities.
• ANLY-008If the AI is not set up or fails, no findings are invented and forms, responses and exports keep working.
• RSLT-003Every percentage shown names the count it came from.
• DIST-005Every invitation and reminder has an opt-out link, and opting out stops future mail without deleting existing responses.
• DATA-002Deleting a response or contact removes their answers from analyses within five minutes and marks affected analyses stale.
• IMPORT-002A response CSV import reports every row error and commits only after you acknowledge each change; cancelling creates nothing.
