What it does

• Keep contacts, companies and deals in a pipeline with your own stages
• Collect signals from forms, email events and other signed sources, with no tracking script
• Score each deal 0 to 100 and show every signal behind the score
• Work from a NOW queue that says what to do next
• Write follow-up drafts with optional AI, then review and approve each message
• Schedule sends with quiet hours and sending limits
• Pull in emails and meetings from files, Gmail, Google Calendar or Outlook
• Import contacts, companies, deals and notes from CSV

What it promises

• OUT-001No score, draft, AI result or automatic job can approve or start a customer message; a person must see the exact recipient, subject and body.
• SIGNAL-007Orbit uses no tracking script, pixel or cookie, and does not fingerprint visitors.
• OPP-004A deal's score shows every signal it used, with source, time and weight, beside the reason for the recommendation.
• AI-003If the AI is unavailable, records, scoring, search, hand-written drafts and sending still work.
• CAPTURE-005Capture never writes a draft or sends a message, and a contact created from captured mail is do-not-contact until you clear it.
• OUT-012Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe; an opt-out marks the contact do-not-contact within a minute and cancels scheduled messages.
• OUT-007A reply, a booked meeting, an unsubscribe or a permanent bounce cancels that contact's scheduled messages.
• RECORD-004Merging duplicates needs you to choose the surviving record and every conflicting value, and refuses if either record changed after your review.
• DATA-002Deleting a contact removes their email, signals, drafts and message bodies from records, search, exports and later AI or mail requests within five minutes.
• RECORD-008CSV imports need a saved dry run first, and imported contacts are held unless consent is shown; an existing do-not-contact always wins.
