Lodge is a hiring workspace for one business, from an approved vacancy to a recorded offer decision. It handles applications, interviews, scorecards against an agreed rubric, approved offers and the deletion of candidate data under your own policy. It makes no hiring decision, ranks no one and sends no message. It is free, MIT-licensed and open source.

What it does

Create vacancies with pay range and headcount approval before publishing
Agree stages, interview plan and a job-related rubric before anyone is evaluated
Publish an accessible application page that records the privacy notice and gives a receipt
Track candidates, files, source, consent and retention dates
Plan interviews, collect availability and download calendar invitations
Collect independent scorecards that colleagues cannot see until feedback is released
Approve candidate messages and offers, and export an HR handoff
Handle legal holds, deletion and candidate access requests, and bring in a Workable export

What it promises

LDG-001Publishing a vacancy needs approval of its exact pay range and headcount; any later change makes the approval stale until it is approved again.
LDG-003The application page works without JavaScript, shows the privacy notice and accommodation contact, and refuses a submission made against an older notice.
LDG-005Possible duplicate candidates are listed with reasons, and nothing is merged until a person decides, with a reason.
LDG-006Interviewers see only the applications they are assigned to, without contact details or restricted documents.
LDG-007Moving an application between stages needs a reason and leaves a readable history.
LDG-009Each interviewer submits their own scorecard, which is final once submitted and hidden from colleagues until the manager releases feedback.
LDG-010Candidate messages are approved as exact text and downloaded marked unsent; Lodge sends nothing itself.
