What it does

• Capture agreement requests with counterparty, value, dates and required attachments
• Build agreements from approved templates and a clause playbook
• Keep negotiation versions and compare any two line by line
• Record review findings that quote the exact passage
• Require approval of the exact version before signing
• Prepare a signature-ready file for the signing service you already use and check the signed copy when it comes back

What it promises

• Uploaded, signed and imported files keep their exact bytes and fingerprint; Locket never rewrites an original or creates a certificate in a provider's name.
• An approval is tied to the exact version and decision context; any change makes earlier approvals stop counting, visibly.
• A restricted agreement and everything attached to it is invisible to anyone not given access, including in search.
• Terms proposed by an agent or an importer drive nothing until a person with authority confirms them against the signed text.
• A renewal notice deadline is the end of that day in the agreement's time zone, correct across daylight-saving changes.
• An approved notice is not treated as sent; sending is recorded separately with method, time and optional evidence.
• A signed file whose envelope, signers or certificate do not match the handoff stays unsigned until the owner or counsel accepts it with a reason.
• Locket organises and prepares agreements; it does not give legal advice or claim any agreement is valid or enforceable.
