What it does

• Turn a customer-approved quote into a booked and assigned visit
• Let technicians record arrival, checklist, notes, photos, materials and the customer's signature on a phone, even through a lost signal
• Prepare, approve and export invoices as a CSV in Xero's sales-invoice format, with a correction trail
• Warn when a booking overlaps another visit for the same technician
• Let an agent prepare quotes, dispatch proposals and invoices for a person to approve
• Keep a full timeline of every job, and download the whole business as JSON

What it promises

• GLOVE-03A person approves the exact price of one quote revision; any price change is a new revision that needs its own approval, and earlier ones stay on the record.
• GLOVE-04A quote marked as sent is only a person's statement of what they did, never a claim of delivery, and the customer's acceptance or decline is recorded with who answered, how and who recorded it.
• GLOVE-05A booking that overlaps another visit for the same technician is refused until the dispatcher reviews those exact conflicts and confirms.
• GLOVE-06Field notes, photos and checklist results are kept on the phone until the server confirms them, and resending after a lost signal lands each one exactly once.
• GLOVE-08A job is completed only when every required checklist item is done or marked not applicable with a reason, with the customer's drawn signature or the reason they could not sign.
• GLOVE-09An exported invoice is never changed; a correction is a new approved revision that exports as its own numbered row.
• GLOVE-10An agent can prepare quote drafts, dispatch proposals and invoice drafts, but can never approve, decide its own work or perform a person's step.
• GLOVE-11Moving in from ServiceM8 shows a dry-run preview first, keeps every original ID and file, writes nothing when repeated unchanged, and can be undone.
• GLOVE-12Every job shows who did each step, in which role; the whole installation can be exported and restored into a fresh one.
