What it does

• Set up clients, engagements, scope, tasks and milestones

What it promises

• BUDGET-001Approved terms cannot be changed; a change order is a new version beside them.
• RATE-001Rates are kept by effective date, so adding a new rate never rewrites past work, and rates stay private to finance.
• TIME-001Overlapping time entries and a second running timer are refused.
• TIME-002Approved time is reopened only through an audited correction.
• BILLING-001The same approved work can never be reserved for two billing packets.
• BILLING-002An approved billing packet is fixed, repeated downloads return identical files, and corrections are separate adjustment packets.
• ACCESS-001Staff see only their own work, and private costs and rates stay with finance; revoking access takes effect on the next request.
• AGENT-003An agent proposing billing lines never sees amounts, and finance approves before anything is drafted.
• MOVE-001A Harvest move-in previews first, can be rolled back, adds no duplicates when repeated, and refuses to undo records you have edited.
