What it does

• Build tables with text, number, date, select, checkbox and linked-record fields
• Look at records as a grid with sort, filter and group, or as a board or a form
• Preview every structure change, with the records it affects, before you accept it
• Start from ready-made templates such as customer relationships, project tracker and launch readiness
• Run automations that notify people, send email, update records or call a webhook or Slack
• Hand an AI agent a limited key to propose structure changes that only you can accept
• Share data with scoped keys that expire within 30 days
• Bring in spreadsheet tables and export your whole base

What it promises

• RECORDS-002Changes to your tables show an impact preview first, and the preview is rechecked against current data when you accept it, so out-of-date changes do not apply.
• RECORDS-005Importing shows every conversion, rejected row and ambiguous link before anything is written, and can be undone for imported records you have not edited.
• RECORDS-006You can download your complete base, with tables, records, links and views, and a full installation archive from Settings.
• RECORDS-007An agent's proposed change is inert text until the owner adopts it, and the agent's key can never read or write your records.
• AI-003AI never changes a record, sends a notification or saves a view on its own.
