Coaster

What it does

• Submit claims with receipt photos or PDFs, mileage and per diem
• Split an expense across categories and cost centres
• Flag missing receipts, over-limit spending and possible duplicates, and require an explanation
• Route each claim to the employee's approving manager to approve, return or reject
• Gather approved claims into a reimbursement batch checked against a reconciled total
• Download an accounting CSV and a per-person reimbursements CSV
• Let a person's own agent prepare draft claims that only that person can accept
• Bring past Expensify reports in as read-only history

What it promises

• COA-005An exact duplicate expense can never be reimbursed twice.
• COA-006A manager decides the exact submitted version of a claim, and nobody can decide their own claim.
• COA-007A returned claim is corrected and resubmitted, and earlier versions, receipts and decisions stay readable and cannot be changed.
• COA-009The accounting CSV and the reimbursements CSV each add up to the reviewed batch total.
• COA-002Every receipt keeps its exact original file, with a checksum, uploader and time.
• COA-008Employees, managers and finance each see only what their role allows, and drafts stay private to their author.
• COA-010An agent can only prepare drafts; it cannot submit, approve, batch or pay anything.
• COA-011An Expensify move-in previews without writing, applies only what was previewed, and can be undone.
• COA-012A full export restores claims, receipts, decisions and history identically, and a corrupt archive is refused.

Install the command once, then clone a product and start it.
