What it does

• Upload your procedures and media with proof you may use them
• Build courses with lessons, quizzes and optional practical assessments
• Have a named reviewer approve each course revision before staff see it
• Assign courses to people or teams with due dates in a named time zone
• Let staff resume lessons on any device and take quizzes
• Collect practical evidence for a named assessor to accept or return
• Record offline, instructor-attested training
• Issue numbered certificates and run reports on overdue and expiring training
• Flag courses for review when a source procedure changes

What it promises

• BEAM-03A stale save is refused rather than merged, and only the course's named reviewer or the owner can publish it.
• BEAM-05An assignment is tied to the exact published revision of the course.
• BEAM-09A completion is recorded only when every lesson is done and each required assessment is passed or accepted, tied to the exact revision.
• BEAM-11Certificates record your business as the issuer and state they are not an accreditation or a statement of competence.
• BEAM-13A learner cannot read anyone else's assignments, attempts, evidence or certificates.
• BEAM-08Practical evidence can be read and decided only by the named assessor, and nothing completes before their decision.
